This OEM RS232 null-modem serial cable connects two devices that communicate directly over a serial link, such as a computer and a terminal, printer, CNC controller or laboratory instrument that expects a null-modem wiring scheme. The cable is terminated with DB15-style connectors carrying 9-pin serial wiring, available in male and female versions so it can be matched to the ports on each side of the link. Conductors are tin-plated copper for dependable low-resistance signal transfer, and the black PVC insulation keeps the assembly flexible and easy to route behind equipment.
